Welcome to Harvics HR. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Harvics HR recruitment platform, operated by Harvics Global Ventures s.r.o., a company registered in Prague, Czech Republic.

1. Service Description

Harvics HR provides an AI-powered recruitment Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to assist job seekers in optimizing their application materials and help companies streamline their hiring processes. Our services include CV optimization, cover letter generation, interview preparation tools, and job description drafting.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Harvics HR, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and uploaded documents.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable local and international laws.
• Not use the AI tools to generate misleading or fraudulent professional claims.

3. Payment and Subscriptions

Harvics HR offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Monthly Billing: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor, Stripe.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled through your account dashboard.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After this period, fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

4. Intellectual Property

The Harvics HR platform, including its software, design, and AI algorithms, is the exclusive property of Harvics Global Ventures s.r.o. Users retain ownership of the original content they upload (e.g., their CVs), but grant Harvics HR a limited license to process this data to provide the requested services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Harvics HR is an assistive tool. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or hiring success. To the maximum extent permitted by Czech law, Harvics Global Ventures s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Harvics HR shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prague, Czech Republic.
